My motivation to continue is really low.
No-one has been coming at all.
The few people who do come leave after a few minutes.

I added some towers and changed the acid pits about.

Well since it was only up for less than a day, I wouldn't expect many people too come either. Leave it up for a while and you still have Pecon's to compete with which everybody is familiar with.

Don't use TF2 classes, develop your own. Don't use any TF2 classes except for maybe the Pyro, Demoman or Scout.

In the RTB Server prefs theres a way to set how long the cooldown on the jumpgun is.
