No, there are sites that allow you to complete surveys to watch them. They get the money from the ads and surveys and stuff. I suggest just buying the movie so an add isn't popping up every 10 minute during the movie, and you also have to complete surveys to get into the websites.

If it is a streaming site, unless it says they are pirating there's really know way to know if they have a licnese or not. A viewer could say they thought they were doing it legally like Netflex  or Hulu.
