This question shouldn't be asked, it's more of a question of if you are yourself.  It makes no sense to make videos based on the sake of doing it for subscriptions.  You make videos because you enjoy it.  I'm not saying that everyone should make videos, even if they are eager too.  You must show excellence and (if needed) imagination.  This isn't a guaranteed way of gaining subscriptions, there is no such thing.  You aren't guaranteed subscriptions at all, you work for it.
