Steam Being Weird

Heyo guys. So I went to log into Steam and when I clicked on it, the normal log in box appeared but with no text. I looked around the internet to see if I could solve the problem but I couldn't find the solution. I was wondering if any body here knows how to fix it.

Oh I never bookmarked Yahoo, I think it was just automatic. Anyway, I tried restarting my computer and the same thing happened, it just started happening today.

My only suggestion is go to Steam Support.  We didn't program it.
