Last year, I got:
- beta to CoD Elite
- a few other beta things I never signed up for
- noscope sticker for shooters, along with a coupon for modded controllers
- some free promotional stuff for that tanks online game
- like 30 codes for the aforementioned thrashball plushie XBL item (the guy passed out the codes and then threw the rest into the crowd, the chunks of cards didn't separate so like 30 of them landed right next to me)
and obviously playing games that weren't out yet - GoW3, revelations, ghost recon, etc etc.

i might actually get the new PS this time. i skipped last gen consoles because they were a waste of time.

but this gen will be far more online and have bigger markets.
i likely wont even be buying any disk games on it lol

lets hope they dont come out with a beast that is +50% the expense over the others again

a lot of Xbox 360 games are available for download
probably the reason for the new consoles coming with 250GB hard drives rather than the 20 or whatever they had at launch
