Is there an add-on that disables the "Save Bricks" feature.

Some people make some very great builds, for example King Leo's Gothic Cathedral, if he wanted to show off his build in a server, he couldn't because someone might go and take the build. Does anyone know if there is an add-on that can disable brick saving on certain servers? (I heard a rumor that someone once made an add-on like that and Badspot removed it, although I have no clue if its true.)
