It's all blue. AKA the bottom half of the colorblind rainbow in the OP. Some people's stuff is pink, or the top half, like the hair in you avatar.

I can faintly see some words or something but can't make it out entirely.

Do we all experience color in the same way? I think there might be a reason I can't think up a new color that isn't a shade of anything else.

due to the way our eyes work, if you're not colourblind you see the same wavelengths that colour has, and those wavelengths are always the same to everyone that isn't colourblind
