CLASS SUGGESTION
Gunslinger Class:
Weapons would include single action pistols. various types of musket (any ancient firearm)
Main attack would be similar to mages except instead of dual fire attacks it would be one shot from each pistol.
Main attacks with rifles would hold a lot of power but be balanced by the reload times.
Secondary attacks with dual single actions would be a quick barrage of shots (The musket would follow up with a buttstock attack that knocks enemys over)
Skill Tree:
Two available modes for the class: Hunter and Specialist
Hunter: Using stronger attacks to take down enemies, has the chance to knock down an enemy and small amounts of health back. Is slower.
Available skill: Blast Shot
A powerful shot designed to stun multiple enemies at once. AOE increases with leveling.
Specialist: Using lighter attacks with increased speed per damage inflicted. Moves Quicker.
Available Skill: Scatter Shot
The player leaps into the air and releases a spray of bullets in all directions with slightly increased damage.
Crafting:
Armor crafting will require leather. Dropped generally from cows or "animal carcass" which are carcasses that can be found like the bush or the scrub.
Weapon modifying will allow both wood AND iron allowing only the iron to be placed on the metal parts of the gun and the wood to be placed on the wood parts of the gun.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS
As I understand the game is still in alpha and even some of this might be planned. This is probably more of a statement of what I'm looking forward to.
1. Headgear
A helmet for your armor set or a stylish hat with given perks or use as a vanity item.
2. More fantasy creatures
Less creatures that we recognize and more that we don't. IT really increases the desire to explore and make new pets.
3. More Elemental cubes and visual effects to them
When I place a spirit cube on my weapon, I'd like to see it affect my weapon and give it a unique appearance. Such as a fire spirit making my sword express flame like properties.
4. More boss fight dynamics.
When fighting a saurian I always enjoy it. I had thought it maybe a good idea to design it where you can attack individual parts of an enemy like in "Star Fox 64". It would definitely let me take more time on the boss and increase the feel of the effort put into it.
5. Make portals more common.
So far I've felt that there's only on portal per location/biomes that is sectioned off by borders. If this is what he intended to be a fast travel system, I think it could use some polishing with the future release of updates.
6. Pet shop
Pet shop. But charges platinum coins so its not too easy.
7. Rideable flying pets.
Dragon rider mkay.
There will be more I'd like to add very soon. I'll probably write up another list sometime.
