His reduction seems to be Nearest Neighbor, which doesn't add a stuffload of new colors for ugliness but also isn't very accurate. Mine uses one of the other options, which keeps the general look the same, but now it has weird outlines and such. Can't win with this.

if possible I want them all into one .gif
but just Katia and the well (and the grass but leave out/remove the buckets if you can)
either one arrow shot per image then to the next set, or three per image and then to the next set
if the first is easier go ahead and do that one but if it's not much trouble I would prefer the second suggestion
I also don't want anything to move but her and the arrows, meaning keep a constant size and the same amount of grass/well in each image

i used some free gif editor i downloaded yesterday to put together the images and used iaza.com to crop the watermark and basically everything else
