Author Topic: Prequel - get money hunt witches  (Read 105819 times)

i would like to point out that each time she gets knocked back down, she has something that sticks with her
the first time (when she left to come to cyrowhatsit) she got a new life
the second time she got quill_weave
then a few other times
she got the pendant, and discovered her ability for magic
etc etc

This cycle is tiresome. It isn't good storytelling when all the person does is climb to the top and fall all the way back down. Will Quill Weave constantly take her stuff? chances are, hell loving no. In fact, that is what is going to happen. We all know it. Everything goes wrong. That's all you can expect.

Lots of people raging after last update

She better make a way out of this. (e.g someone is immune to perfume, comes to kvatch mage guild, sees el scammerino) or maybe (katia steals her stuff back because forget the popo)

I think Katia should become an assassin

oh my god katia please keep burning everything

That's a lot of cat puns.

Prediction: She snaps out of it, or if the perfume makes her feel those were her choices, realizes she's forgeted herself. She remembers the vampire woman with jelly and thinks "I can get money from her!" She gets bitten, becomes a vampire, and everybody hates her when she can't contain her vampire impulses either.

In case I never read this again, could someone get back to me with how close my prediction is?

Well mega, i believe prequel is just a mimic of Fortune's Wheel, in a way.

Am I the only one who would have preferred a cooler character than some Khajit slut who moved from fortune to Cyrodiil?

Yes.

She finally snapped out of it, thank God. Wonder what she's going to do next.

She best be burnin' that place down and being jailed. At least then she has revenge goin' for her.

I was largely disappointed at half of the update being a large mass of cat puns, she has her necklace off (Which she has been starting to overpower anyway) and then she unleashes fire for a couple seconds around her to no real affect.

I don't think there was need to punish the character at that point either.

Because all we will have now is her feeling bad for herself and having to try to gather more stuff.
I agree with Mega to a point. The author needs to come up with something better than just "She has bad stuff happen to her, some good happens, then more bad stuff, then some more good."
There's not much progress or originality here. I'm happy for her to get knocked down every now and again, but not all the way back to the start and not constantly.

Atleast she's come to her senses.
Hopefully she'll try using her Khajiiti Thief skills and break in to that place. At the very least to get back Quill-Weave's package.

"Wait, that bitch just stole all of your stuff!"
I could not stop laughing, I'm honest.
