if it's not too hard, I'd want it to be the whole loop, with the image following her head, but I do feel that that is a bit much
so, another option would be just her head with the blue eyes, occasionally doing the red and flicker thing
if not that either, I can probably do something myself instead

My usual framerate problem, sorry if it looks slightly slow.

On a slightly different subject, I recently made myself an excellent TF2 spray.
Place on ceiling = stuff.

do you know what causes that?

PSE7 has a fps limit.

do other versions not have the FPS limit? because I have like two versions lol. PSE5 that was already on this laptop when it was given to me and some other version that came with a Bamboo
you could use GIMP? it doesn't have an FPS limit that I'm aware of
