Huh, never knew these ruins existed. Gonna go explore it now.

EDIT: I don't think the ruins in Prequel existed, this one doesn't have an Ayleid well on top of it.
Perhaps this is where that necromancer lived.

yeah that makes a lot of sense, because that's the kind of enemy in garlas, and it's close enough to anvil for it to be reasonable that he managed to get busy with ms. managan
there's also trumbe, but that's really out of the way, and it probably isn't likely that she would've seen it while walking on the path (plus I don't think it has a well outside, either)

Yeah, getting there would probably be the same distance as it'd be getting to Kvatch.
