I just got home and already after 3 days something bad happens to my headset that's new. Because she keeps getting my headset in a tangle with her headphones the side without the microphone had cables instead of the cover it had. She's fixed it now but she still needs to stop putting it in a tangle

my turtle beach's wires got tangled
I untangled it enough so I could distinguish the mic and headphone jacks
the rest of it is a large black wad of wires
