My computer is losing memory rapidly, I think it might be caused by a virus!

This is basically what's going on.  I have no idea what I should do.  What ever is causing this has chewed through over 3 Gigabytes of free space in less than an hour.  My C: drive is showing that it has 0 bytes of free space and I cant think of any way to get rid of this. Help?

The only problem is that I cant keep any space clear to download any of them. I cleaned 101 megabytes to make space for it and it was gone before I could start the download

Don't have fraps
I just ran Ccleaner through my computer and that got rid of all of my problems.
