Try check if your port is open with a program from Portforward.com often many sites is lying :p

Must be UDP or UDP&TCP, not TCP.

And I believe it listens on 27015.

Second of all, you can't do a UDP port check, only a TCP check.
And whatever game you're hosting (assuming a VALVe game) is UDP only, rendering that tool useless.

Oh yes you can check UDP ports.

I need to install a loving tool bar to get that port checker work, and even when I install it it wont work.

Also. I need to open my ports to get SRCDS to work.

I tested my sever with Firewall off and it worked but how can I get it to work with Firewall still on?

im currently at my friends place, quest dsl 4mbit -.- horsestuff.
anyways i couldnt port forward anything. the damn thing had the options and took my settings, but they wouldnt work.

so i eventually had to bridge a damn separate router.

as if i already hated service providers that gave you these god damn modem/router combo boxes.

I found out that if some one try's to join the server it will break down.
