if this is the first and only day you've tried with your new modem, come back tomarrow or in a few days. sometimes it's just like that. ive had several occurances of ths in the past, but they just go away in time.
i would be lying if i told you i know about updating drivers and all that, so i wont. something you may wish to concider trying though, something i know works, is changing your security stuff. 2 years ago, when i just got my account, i had never played on another person's server before-i couldnt play on anyone else's. a few weeks later, my security crashed, and magically i was able to play on others' servers.
