I need help with Youtube permissions and stuff.

So, soon Ill be buying a capture card for my Xbox to tape videos of MW3, BF3 and stuff like that.
It says in the monetization section that if I would like to put adds on my videos and make money, it cant be video game clips without written permission.
How exactly would I go about getting written permission?
