Yeah that happens to me quiet often on websites. I think it's when the website takes to long to load, but the server forces whatever information possible to be posted, usually having a broken website.
 Twitter always asfsa's up on my mac when I try to load it at school, nothing but letters and codes, and saying on the top 'Twitter took to long to load.'

You can do this with a very slow computer and stopping the page load prematurely.
