Author Topic: People can't connect to my un-dedicated server  (Read 1248 times)

For some reason, whenever I try to host a Blockland server, no one can join (just says "sending punch packet...") for infinity.

I saw something on port forwarding from Badspot, and I showed it to my dad (cause I'm a good kid) and he knows a LOT about computers.

Anyway, Port Fowarding is risky, and the post freaked us out since Baddy said, "Kids, try this when your parents are not home." Also, even worse, the post is from 2008. It's 2012 now.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Also, don't post crap on here. Don't tell me I have a 'bleeping' router, because it has worked before.

Port forwarding is not risky.
The reason it says to try it when your parents aren't home is because parents don't understand this.

The post may be four years old, but all the information in it is still accurate.

Everything here is true.

YAY!!

Reinstalled Blockland, turns out Baddy even released a new update yesterday at 4:00 pm.

Works fine, thanks (even though I didn't need to manage port fowarding).

Turns out Blockland must have been corrupted or something.
