Weird occurance in my stats

In my forum statistics, it shows a blue line next to Community Projects in both Posts and Activity.

Tell me I'm not the only one seeing that. And then tell me what it means.

Take a look at the right, which actually puts those bars into percentage form:

AoT General       0.0370%
Music       0.0320%
Add-Ons       0.0172%

Notice how Community Projects is the only one above 1%?
