Author Topic: "My Documents" folder has a strange thumbnail  (Read 795 times)

The "My Documents" folder on my desktop has had this thumbnail since I got my new computer.

(swedish)

It's the cover art of the Metal Gear Solid 2 OST.

I honestly have no idea why it's there. The only time I've ever used any of it is when I made an old Blockland video a couple of years ago, and I've removed every trace of the music files since then.

They were also the only MGS related files I've ever had on my computer, and somehow it's ended up as the thumbnail of the parent folder (the music files were inside a folder that was inside another folder in My Documents, which makes it even stranger)

Does anyone know why it's like this, and is there a way to fix it?

PLAY IT ONCE MORE IF YOU WANT TO PLEASE THE DEMI GODS

In windows, a folder's icon has those little "papers" in it, and the icon for the paper is the icon for the first file in the folder. In your case, the Metal Gear solid soundtrack.

Your documents folder has magically transformed into a normal folder and adopted the pictures that folders use (first file in list which is an image).

Yeah, on Win 7 if you have extended desktop features and aero enabled then it will show pictures of two things in a folder if the folder contains Music which is recognized by WMP or pictures which are not hidden.
It's pretty darn snazzy
