With out blender ECT. How do I change colors?

Like I want to change GREEN-100 In to Red with out changing any of the other colors.

It's "etc". Just color the "GREEN-100.png" red?

So just open the GREEN-100 file in Paint or something and fillcan the whole thing red. Save and package.
