Looks pretty good so far. I've tried to build a few things like this before.

This reminds me of that one Tonka game I played when I was 8.

It's almost, as when the frame goes up so does the ceiling supports and roof supports. If you wonder how they are supported before the walls go up, they use random long pieces of wood .

Missing a lot of detail components.  Redwood mud sill, sole plate, top plate, and there should be way more studs.  The studs are  supposed to be 16 inches apart on center.

And the windows should have a sill plate and a top plate.

But you did say semi realistic, so this is pretty nice.

I want to see the next step. =)

16 inches apart on center would be like
1.5 studs

Cool. I want to build a skyscraper like this one day. I think it has been done before, amright?
