So I go there today to buy some stuff, I walk in the door, and someone is there asking if you need help with anything withing several seconds. The people are so nice, I was able to buy a hardshell guitar case for only $49.99 and a jack for another $17. Then I asked about a new whammy bar since I cross threaded my old one like a handicap, and they just pull out this box full of them find one that is the right size, and just give it to me free of charge.

Tl:Dr people are nice.

Sounds like great service.

Can't quite remember the last place I went to where it was like this :(

maybe the T-Mobile store near my house. There was only my mom and I in it along with the salesman. He dropped $10 off my phone, threw in a free phone case and a free anti-virus app thing that cost $2. He was also very patient with me taking forever to make a decision on what phone I actually wanted too and went through all this work transfering my old number and contacts along with pulling up all my info from the other carrier when we asked him.

I love it when people are that nice. That's what brings people back to specific stores.

The Guitar Center near me used to be cool like this, and they'd always barter with the customer if you wanted to, but then they had some new management and can't do that any more :(

I've seen ads for The Guitar Center but I don't know of one near me.

Music and Arts is okay
They take forever to fix a loving saxophone though.
(My saxophone tends to be difficult)
