Actually I think he made a copy of a map and used mission editor on it in Single player, saved it as a map, and hosted it in multiplayer. And the bot is magic.

what? You can use mission editor on multiplayer you derp.
 The only things you can't do with ME on MP is editing terrain, it won't update until you save the map, so any hills or whatever will be invisible to people, but you. Anything he was doing can be in mission editor in multiplayer.
Heck, I screwed around with a GTA-SA spaceship via ME and told some noob it was a bot, and made the spaceship talk via console, he absolutely fell for it.
 Blue Eagle was his name I think... Oh what a funny fellow.

If you go in Mission Creator, then go to Shapes then click player then it will spawn that player bot thing.
the host used mission editor to spawn all of the interiors.
But one thing i dont understand is that the lighting is allready reset when they placed an interior.

You can force-update lighting via ME.
I used it back when I was host to quickly change day bedroom to night bedroom.

It probably was, the best part to the entire thing was near the end of the server the black oxyclean man actually turned and then just dissapeared. It was so loving scary.
