Author Topic: Weekly Draw off.  (Read 4313 times)

This weeks drawing.
This week you draw someone drawing someone else. Simple, yet quite hard if you ask me.

Rules
  • No using real photos in your drawings.
  • Both digital, and physical drawings are allowed.
  • Don't post drawings that don't relate.
  • If you don't get what this weeks drawing is, don't participate.

Summary
Basically it's a weekly drawing contest, I'll try to keep this updated with new drawings every week, both for you to draw, and for you to vote on.

Previous week's drawings
  • I'm going to try and be vague with the first drawing we do and see how it works out. For this week I'd like a futuristic area drawing. When the winner is chosen there will be a link placed here to show the winner of this week's contest.
  • This week you are to come up with a monster, the cannot be a humanoid creature, nor can it related to real animals, or bugs. The monster needs to be dangerous, but yet shorter than a man. There is no limit on eyes, arms, heads, and so on. Just as long as it is original. You can not draw a small furry ball, and then say "He's seriously dangerous, he spits acid." If something like that happens it won't count.

I've been waiting to show off.
Can I have it contain a certain aspect of medieval fantasy?
But of course the theme would be sci-fi.

Would 'futuristic' allow space-themed stuff?
i.e planets?

sounds interesting, I'll try I guess

I would give it a try... but I kind of suck at drawing :/

I'll probably try if I remember in a few hours.

so when is the deadline?
like, Friday, or Sunday night?

are we allowed use specialty brushes for this?

I'm pretty sure specialty brushes are allowed.

haha, i can't seem to get any of my specialty sai brushes to work so i'm having to use gimp.

I love drawing scenery. I love futuristic stuff.
Sounds like something I should try.
Only problem is that I'm stuck on this iPod until Saturday.
Let's see what I can do from an iPod, then.

Does it have to be scenic? You could elaborate more on the topic

Depends on the weeks topic this one is very vague as I said in the topic, so I would like you guys to use your imaginations as much as possible for this one, so I'm not going to answer your question directly.

Edit: What I mean is like if i describe scenery then yes, if I say draw a chimp man, then the scene isn't important
