What's the American equivalent for being in Year 11? Is it just 11th grade?

I was told it was tenth grade, but I'm not sure.

I'm in Sixth Form, First Year, which equates to Year 12 in Britain.

I dunno what I am in American grades but I'm S2 in my years.
I'm a year ahead age wise though, there's a few people in the lower class older than me :s

Wow, there's a lot of kids here...
But really, I'm in 7th.

MSc chemistry, near end of my 1st year

Before that, 4 years of university getting a BSc in science, chemistry honors
Wait what? You took a 4 year bachelor's degree, and are now doing the master's degree? That would make you... 24 years old?

I'm currently going to university, taking a MSc in chemical engineering as well. In my 4th semester (2nd year). I have no bachelor's though, I'm doing a 5 year master's degree. Internet high-five for chemistry!!! :D

Well, they moved 8th grade into high school where I live.
So I'm an "Ocho."

Ocho is Spanish for 8.

Lack of 7th graders here :c

9th/10th at the same time.

This reminds me ... I'm taking an 11th grade Chemistry course so I suppose I'm 9th grade all the time except for my science class.
