This happened to me. Tried to upload a 40 min episode of l4d, didnt let me.

I was talking about uploading strikes. Those expire. If you got a strike for being an starfish in the comments, then you probably lost the ability permanently.

The strike did vanish and it did expire.
I have no copyright strikes, it does say my account is not in good standing because i uploaded a few videos with copyrighted content

Wow, worse than I thought. I think your best bet is to delete those videos. The "Your account is not in good standing" message is the reason you lost the privilege. You won't get it back until that goes away, and that won't go away until the offending videos are removed. Though, even if you remove them, the message might not go away for another 6 months, or maybe not ever.

THE ONE VIDEO THAT HAS GOTTEN 1MILLION VIEWS IS ONE OF THEM FFF

I have some videos that match third party content, so they get "buy this song" adverts, or are blocked in some countries. If they wanted to do anything more than that, they would. I still have a "now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes" message when I go to upload. It's probably something else.
