Fixed it. Used [ quote] instead of [ code]. The intro description was a single string so it was an incredibly long one liner.

I remember when I thought I could be a big video game programmer...

I actually did get two flash games sponsored by Armor Games, one for $300 and one for $800, but sitting inside all day writing code is not a good way to spend your summer vacation. :c
