Author Topic: Online animated transparent gif creater  (Read 1005 times)

I've tried many but the two pictures that I want to turn into a gif just keep being black in the background. wat do

I'm not quite sure if I know what I'm talking about. But, use gimp to make the pictures transparent. Then leave the other ones not transed (black ones) then upload?

I actually used gimp to make the images transparent but when I upload them is when it becomes black and unappealing.

I meant use GIMP to actually make the GIF

* Open -> Open as Layers
* Put them in order
* File -> Save As...
* Filename.gif
* Export as animation
* Set to replace frames and set frame delay

Bam

You can change the frame delay for each separate frame by adding (#ms) to the end of the name of the layer that frame is on

i.e. "Layer 2 (1000ms)"

Thanks for teaching me that

What's the maximum size for an animated avatar anyway?

iaza

load an image
make a frame animation
put in other frames

I liked your old avatar more :c

Use GIMP instead

The one thing I hate about GIMP is the lack of multiple-layer selection (unless it actually exists and I've been ignorant of it all this time).
