Yeah, F's happen. But do people get 27% on a science test when the friggin teacher let us study for 10-15 min.?
This handicap is one of these people.
He just IS a handicap, no matter what grade he gets... His grade average is a D (shockingly, the 2 worst in my class)

we learned about it for like 2-3 weeks.
I got the highest grade while he got the lowest.

Can't remember the lowest I've gotten. But you shouldn't do that bad on a science test. :(
