Just gave someone the pass I got. He's a server host on a Gmod server that I love, an HL2RP. some flags [Lets you use physgun, toolgun, props, etc] and a promotion in the MPF for giving it to him B)

How does this sort of thing work? Is it randomly passed out to people who log into Steam?

If you try to login to the mobile app, you will be eligible to get a beta invite.

You should probably be getting one soon, I tried yesterday and got in. The current round of invites went to the first 40,000 users.
