Author Topic: Cats or dogs?  (Read 4255 times)

Cats are better.

You neuter/spay them, don't declaw them, show them the door, and let them in at sundown, out at sunup. After that, they love you, you get to pet them, and they take care of themselves practically.

Can you morons stop arguing and accept that you each have opinions?
My cats are opposites.  I have a fat lazy one who loves people, and the frisky thin one who hates everybody in the world except me because I am too nice to her.

I like dogs better.

Cats are loving lazy. They just sit around the house, and are pretty mean too. Dogs on the other hand go out and do things, like digging up a bone for example.

I just wanted him to know that being a dog doesn't make them dirty
I never said that, during my life I seen more dirty dogs then dirty cats.

You neuter/spay them
don't do that either
unless you're having serious problems with the animal humping things or reproducing, don't spay them unless there is a medical reason to do so

Oh my god. Why don't you like having beneficial surgeries for you dogs?

Some people don't want their dog to have puppies. It's simple.

I'm not even sure how you are measuring dirtiness. I can't have cats because I am allergic to cat dander and every time I pet a cat they feel like oily and gross while my dog has soft dry fur. Are you just seeing dogs with dirt caked on them out on the streets or something? Also cats stuff and piss inside the house in a little box where you have to breathe it in and houses with cats always smell horrible while houses with dogs don't really have a smell.

as apposed to the disadvantages directly below it
I think I'd rather my dog have babies than cancer, and that's just one of the things

houses with dogs don't really have a smell.
Really?
Most houses I've been to with dogs have that dog smell.

I neuter all my dogs because the biggest problem is my dogs not gonna have love and I don't want him to think about love 24/7 if he's not going to get it, that is the worst torture I can think of.

Cat houses have the worst smell ever. Mainly because their pee is so foul 10x worse than dog piss and if they just piss a few times in your house the odor just becomes unbearable if you don't get it out real good right away.

all animals smell, it's something you have to (and do, which is why you don't notice it in your own home after a while) get used to

Most cats and dogs don't urinate/ defecate in houses, you just have to lucky. And plus, cat urine smells that bad because they are marking their territory.

that is one reason I would get a male animal neutered
but I don't like neutering or spaying, so I'd just get a female dog instead
