Is this a good Camcorder?

Had one like that but the higher model I say don't. If your going to get one actually spend a few hundred bucks. Cameras like those are pure stuff for their price. I dropped 500 on my sony handycam mini dv camera.

I always thought Go Pro cameras looked really stupid. I prefer Contour for my ATVing.

In response to my post this is the kind of camera if your dealing with non moving activities to buy (not it exact but you get the point of the look of the camera).  Mini DV cameras may be as less likely in this type lately with SD card hardrive cameras but DV for videography is quite nice to have.
