Anyone can help me?
This is for voice record, try to find cheap mics that are good though. Dont just go for the largley priced one.

I know literly nothing about mics, sorry.
I will be recording for my voice. So the quality does matter, I dont want it to be distorted or anything.
My price is very limited and I will be recording in my office.

This is pretty much the only studio-ish quality microphone you will be able to buy for under $100 that doesn't require any additional equipment for interfacing with the PC or a preamp.

High quality mics usually require their own power connection and your run of the mill sound card or on board sound chip won't have the ability to interface with them either.
