Author Topic: [SEMI-50x40] TRILOS IV - SPACE? YOU TELL ME [ACT 1]  (Read 44663 times)

ACTIVATE NIGHTVISION AND/OR INCREASE BRIGHTNESS SETTING ON YOUR EYEBALLS
If this is actually a feasable command, lemme know.
yes it is possible to change the brightness settings on your eyes
but we can't do that yet

updating in a few hours

Push off attacker, he/she/it might not be intentionally aggressive.

>ACTION: PUSH OFF ATTACKER
>ROLL RESULT: 5

You shove off whatever was on top of you. You hear a splash as it lands in the water near the wall, but it quickly gets up. Still somewhat dazed by the sudden attack, you struggle to get on your feet. Your attacker readies what seems like a gun.

Well, it's certainly not going to tell you how to get out of here.

Next action?

Punch him in the face if you're close enough to do so, shoot him if you're too far, but be ready to also punch him just in case the gun is out of ammo.

21 foot rule: don't try to unholster a gun and shoot an attacker if they have a knife and are within 21 feet of you

or whatever the distance. Grab your knife while charging at him and stab him in the arm that's holding the gun

>ACTION: FIRE AT ENEMY
>ROLL RESULT: 2

You pull out your gun and attempt to fire. Not surprisingly, it's out of ammo.

>ACTION: USE KNIFE ON ENEMY
>ROLL RESULT: 2

Quickly putting your gun away, you grab your knife and attempt to attack the arm holding the gun. Unfortunately, you forgot that the water was up to your waist, and it severely hinders your movement.

>ENEMY ROLL: 5

Now that you're in it's range, your enemy raises his gun and slams it into the back of your head, knocking you out.

yeah nice going guys
next update in a few hours

hey its the rolls, not our actions...

if the water was that high you could have ducked underwater, taken him down by the legs (or half swim to him) and then proceed to stab him.

well it's sort of too late now
but don't worry we're not dead yet

hey look we're back

You open your eyes to find yourself right where you were before the attack, only the water is gone and it's a bit brighter. Your head feels like someone hit it with a sledgehammer and your ears are ringing.

Sitting up, you see that the door is still destroyed. Through the hallway you can see a faint light.

What will you do?

With stealth, go towards the light. WITH STEALTH. You never know who ..or.. what is there.

Approach the door with caution.

probably the last update for today

You stand up and carefully balance yourself. You're feeling a bit disoriented still, but you're sure it'll go away soon. With caution and stealth, you approach the light.

You find yourself in a bright room. It seems nicely furnished: A nice bed sits by the wall, next to it is a small table with a lamp and a few books. Against the wall nearest to you is a dresser, upon which a mirror and a few small items sit. In front of you is a door. A few feet to the right of it is a large desk, and on top of that is what looks like a computer.

What will you do?

Check if the bed and desk for wetness. It should tell you how long you have been out since the water receded.

Considering that you got taken out while it was waist deep you should approximate double the time since and then assume thats how long you've been out.

After gauging how long you've been out examine computer and the tools that we can use to communicate with it.

>GOOD MORNING EVERYONE.
>IT HAS BEEN 13 HOURS SINCE YOUR LAST SESSION.

You walk over to the bed and see how wet it is. It seems mostly dried, so you assume that you've been unconscious for quite a while.

You walk over to the computer. It doesn't look like the terminal we accessed earlier, though. This computer has a keyboard and mouse attached to it. Scattered on the desk are books and papers, the ink washed out long ago.

What will you do?

Flip through the papers and book and then press spacebar on they keyboard
