You flip through the papers and the book. Sure enough, there's no writing it it.

You press the spacebar on the keyboard. Nothing happens.

Is the monitor perched on a box? If so find buttons on a box and press each of them once.

Then press spacebar again and use the mouse if nothing happens.

The monitor is indeed set on a box. You press the largest button on said box.

There's a faint whirring sound that slowly gets louder. You see something come up on the monitor for a brief moment before the box erupts into sparks.

Wow, this place really hates you.

What now?

[Conan]

unplug the computer and then proceed to dresser.

Examine dresser contents and look at yourself in the mirror

You unplug the computer and walk over to the dresser. Examining yourself, you see that you're about 5'7". Despite your clothes and hair being messed up by all that you've already been through, you must say that you're rather pretty.

Your hair is a very dark grey, almost black, and extends to your shoulders. You have shining green eyes, below which a black line goes down almost to your lips and then turns sharply towards your ears. On your right ear is a grey and green earpiece, almost looking like part of a headset. Around your neck is a tight band, the front of which has a small green circle and the Triloslynne character for "A".

Your shirt begins with a semi-deep V neck. It seems as if the shirt itself is layered, the top layer being a dark green and the bottom being a shade of grey that matches your hair. The top layer ends a little above your elbows on your arms and a little below your breasts on your body. Towards the end of the bottom layer's sleeves are a single green panel, dimly glowing. It doesn't seem to show anything important. Your utility belt is a dark brown and has plenty of bags to store things in. You're also wearing fingerless gloves, a little lighter in color than the dark grey shade that seems to be the primary color of your outfit.

Your pants match the color of your shirt, the dark grey color. On the sides of the legs are green panels, very similar to the ones on your sleeves, except that these are thinner and much longer. Your boots end just below your knees, and they match your gloves nicely. You're not sure what they're made of, but it seems to be some very durable materials. Your boots also faintly glow on all the green parts.


Moving on, you examine the contents of the dresser. Inside are several brushes; clean clothes, including gloves and boots of various lengths and designs; what looks like old makeup, despite the fact that they're probably ruined by the water; and various hairpieces.

What will you do?

[Conan]

Get all the gloves and one brush. Look around for any exit other than the original one.

Then go back to the bed and take a look at the book on the stand next to it.

You gather up all the gloves, there's about five pairs of them, then a brush, and put them in one of your bags.

You spot another door near the computer desk.

You then walk over to the bed to examine the book on the night stand. Flipping through the pages, you see that they're all blank.

Ok, well, what now?

[Conan]

Plug in the computer and press the button again. Then open the door slowly, holding your unloaded gun as a club

You plug the computer back into the wall, being careful in case any sparks come out again. Walking around to the front of the desk, you press what you assume to be the power button again. Satisfied that it hasn't set on fire yet, you walk over to the unopened door and open it carefully, holding your gun to use it as a melee weapon.

All that you can see in this hallways is darkness. You think you can see a few doors and a staircase up ahead. You can also hear dripping and footsteps on what you assume to the the floor above you.

What will you do?

It would spice up the adventure a bit, so yes.
Also, I was going to post that image that you drew of that character that look exactly like the character's description, but I'm lazy and don't feel like searching for it.

Check computer if booted. If so try accessing it again.

Otherwise being the dark descent ascent in the hallway. While going down it open each door carefully and look inside for items of use.
