Author Topic: [SEMI-50x40] TRILOS IV - SPACE? YOU TELL ME [ACT 1]  (Read 45153 times)

just finished watching paprika
it's a rather strange movie

You go ahead and order the first fighter. With any luck, it'll be here in a few days. What will you do now?

>HANGAR IS NOW FUNCTIONING

>ALSO, THE MILITARY RESEARCH AREA WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOU.
« Last Edit: March 09, 2012, 10:45:11 AM by carolcat »

>Go to the military research area

You make your way over to the military research area. You'd assume that it would have something to do with the TNMS.

Your assumptions are correct as you walk into the designated room, for standing in a holding capsule is TNMS1. His eyes have no light in them and simply stare lifelessly into space. He has a basic uniform on: a green and white jacket with very light grey pants. He appears to be barefoot.

"Oh, you came sooner than I expected," one of the Chyrannian researches says. You didn't notice him sitting over at his desk, finishing what you assume to be paperwork. He gets up want walks over to you, holding out one of his hands.

You ignore the gesture and get straight to the point. "What do you need?"

The Chyrannian doesn't seem offended- if he is, he's doing a good job of hiding it. "I was wondering if it's possible to use your PDA's AI in TNMS1."

You think for a moment, walking up to the lifeless form and examining it. "It would be strange to have such an abstract mind in a military unit," you muse. The TNMS' skin is practically white. Next to the capsule you spot metal boots, similar to those commonly worn my TAMS.

Should we use Bot as the AI? Note that you can still keep him on the PDA even if he's in TNMS1.

So that's what you meant by "HUMAN BOT"
Sure.
This totally won't backfire disastrously on you.

"Sure, go ahead," you reply, shrugging. What could possibly go wrong?

The researcher gives what you assume to be a smile. It's hard to tell on Chyrannians. You hand him Bot and leave. At least Bot will still be on the main computer, so if you want to speak to him, you can do so at the main computer in HC.

As you're standing in the hallway, you see groups of station workers making their way to the cafeteria. There isn't an official name, so everyone calls it either "cafeteria" or "mess hall". Of course, the TAMS have no need to eat, so most of them remain at their station. Really, the only reason they'd go to the mess hall would be to talk to other workers. You figure at least someone in your party will be there.

Where to now?

I've got this thing called "school"
It's being a massive bint and not letting me not go to it.

Go like back to your station.

Also I need a crash course on what the TNMS project is.

To the place that doesn't need to exist for the TAMS because they don't need to eat and anybody that does is inferior also how do the TAMS aquire energy the forget

and anybody that does is inferior
our elves robots are better!
also how do the TAMS aquire energy the forget
...i actually haven't decided that yet so i'm just going to pull this out of the ground
i'd assume it's probably a recharging main power unit (MPU) and they get energy from sleeping. lucky for them it has an incredibly long life, so they don't really need to sleep much.

anyways off we go

You arrive at the cafeteria. It seems the doors have been left open a bit.

Walking in, you're greeted by the sounds of several beings speaking at once. You spot Navaro, Stojanow, and Themeron sitting together near a wall. Next to them are a few human weapons workers. You spot Lia a few tables away with a few medical workers.

Where to?

Check with Lia on the state of the people injured in the explosion.
Then go talk to the other guys.

You walk over to Lia, and she gives a little wave. "What do you need?" she asks cheerfully.

"How are the injured doing after that explosion?" You glance over at Stojanow and Navaro; it seems like they've noticed you.

"Oh, they're doing fine. Also, Navaro's recovered from that dealing with DCB, so he doesn't have to be a hologram anymore." She finishes with a little grin.

You nod slightly. "Thanks." You head over to Stojanow, Navaro, and Themeron, who has saved you a seat across from him. You gladly sit down, and notice Stojanow with his little cube again.

"Hey, Axio," Themeron gets your attention, and you look up at him. "We've been playing this dice game for a while, but we think it would be more fun with another player. Want to join?"

Join in on this dice game?
