Your mom can still have a recessive allele for blue/green. My moms eyes are brown and my dads eyes are blue and my sister got green and I got hazel.

Central heterochromia = Rings of colour, not both different. I have green rings around my pupils. Blue for the majority of my eye, and a darker bluey/green at the outside.

I would show a picture of my eye but I dont have a good enough camera to take a picture.

My eye color changes a lot. Once every month, I would guess. I went from hazel to green/brown and to green then back to hazel and green and green/brown. Now I'm at hazel.
