By definition, an omnipotent being feels how it wants, right?

And happiness comes from doing what you want. So, unless God forces himself to be unhappy then he is happy. Because he can do anything.

The example was a bit disjointed, I realize that. The basic point I was trying to get across is that, at least in my belief, God is a parent. And while a good parent does all they can for their child, part of such is allowing them to fall. It doesn't mean He wants us to. It doesn't mean He enjoys it. And it doesn't mean He isn't there, at some point, to help us back up. But Experience is the best professor and Failure its prime teaching utensil. And if we are to learn to walk, we must stumble. And if we are to learn to get back up, we must first fall....

If you believe in no god, then he can't start war. Even if religion never existed, people would continue to fight. And also, why do we care so much about the crusades? It happened so long ago and some sand mondays and christcigarettes died, shouldn't we be happy?
