"Official Arguments Megathread"?

OP is obviously stirring stuff.

I believe in the Big Bang, but my Big Bang is probably a lot different then your Big Bang.
Mine is defined by the quote- "let there be light."
He wasn't giving a lecture on it, and just because he didn't mention that doesn't mean he doesn't know what it is
I was giving the scientific viewpoint of it.

Never said I actually believed in it.

'It's like a dog listening to a radio, the dog knows it's there but does't percieve it enough to understand.'
-Sort of quote from the book 'The Cardturner'

I sort of believe there is a higher force and intellgence somewhere but we don't percieve it. Not a god though.

It was turning into that, someone suggested the title change, so why not change it? :P

Ah, well then you guys can just take "your" as meaning anyone in this conversation who does believe it.

Hey how about you do the same? Look who's the hypocrite now.

You basically called all atheists stupid in that post by saying that atheists are hypocrites for calling Christians stupid.
I never called anyone stupid, just incorrect.  As I said before, there are more contradictions in Atheistic beliefs than in the Bible.  I've heard your claims.  I've read the Bible.  I've observed based on those facts.

Also, so far you haven't made any comparisons, just issued rhetoric.

All atheists don't make the same claims. Alot of them use each other's logic over and over, but not all of them.

Certified handicap.

You should never tell somebody to learn about something that you yourself don't understand.

I didn't say I don't believe in science, obviously that happens. But there's always going to be a possibility of another force we can't see. Humans can only sense 5 things: Light, Smell, Touch, Taste and Sound. If we have no means of sensing other things that we've Discovered, who's to say there are other things we haven't discovered that could influence science in a dramatic way that actually reveals the beginning of the universe?

There are more senses than that, but I am too tired to explain them ALL to you. Humans are able to sense magnetic fields which is why you feel like someone is stalking you when you walk down the street, humans have an electrical charge. Definitely not explaining proprioception, you can look that up yourself. Your ears are responsible not only for sound but for balance, this is a sense also.

Don't say these aren't senses. They are... Here is the definition of "sense": A faculty by which the body perceives an external stimulus.

Balance stim = Gravity
Proprioception stim = Position
and etc.

Sorry I just get mad when people say false things :c

I don't normally like stirring up stuff that much but forget it.

I don't understand religion at all. I don't know about you, but it makes much more sense to me to believe in years of peer-reviewed study and hard work than some people holding up a book and proclaiming that there is a magic man in the sky that will send us all to some fire place underground if we don't believe in him. But maybe that's just me.

I made a mistake by what I've read, which was out of date.

Are you going to tell me the rest of it was wrong, except the date?
He was completely wrong.

I was replying to you. I didn't even read what he said.

I asked my religion teacher why viruses exist if they only cause harm to humans(divine race to Christians) and they are not living organisms therefore God should not care for them which means he should not create them.

His answer was,"I don't know"

So it could be false, and God could have created them to forget with us since they serve no real purpose in the world other than to kill us.

You know, not all of the Bible is hard to read...  Some of the history of the conquests of Israel is just fun to read.  Military strategy in the Bible, betta believe it.
