Cookie Monster - Mysterious Player

Alright so, me and CopBlock / Zer0Guy were building a WW1 TDM when this strange player named Cookie Monster showed up. At first we thought nothing of it, then we saw what he was building. It was a random assortment of spammy bricks and doors, standard new player stuff. This is when things got weird. He acted exactly like a robot. He didn't talk. Everything he did was so sudden and exact. We were being richards, so we deleted one brick of his build. He replaced it with buttons and other weird things. Another brick, he did the exact same thing. I don't know but he's just acting so strangely. He's not even that new! Images:

Maybe he was just experiencing lag, making his movements jerky.

Still, queer. Sounds like some creepypasta/fake story made to troll players. A player controlled by an AI is pretty complex considering your experiments and so is obviously not the case here.
