Author Topic: I got suspended (because I was foolish enough to believe in a counselors lie)  (Read 1762 times)

Well, last Thursday, some dude brought a pair of brass knuckles to school, he wanted to sell them and so I was like "Sure bro I will buy them tomorrow."

Well that next day in 2nd period, we went to the bathroom and I bought them. He was like "Who are you gonna beat up with them?" I said "No, bro I'm just gonna make it into a belt buckle." (Which was what I was really intended to do with them)

I put them in my binder when nobody was looking, and  they ended up being stolen when I left to get some water or something (My pockets are too small so they wouldn't fit in)

I went to the office and I told one of the counselors about it, she believed me about everything. She said "Ok, I do realize you were not intended to use them as a weapon. Don't worry though, you aren't in trouble for possessing them, and we will make sure you get the brass knuckles back. By the way, who did you buy them from. Don't worry they aren't in trouble either."

So the guy who stole them lied about 20 times before he confessed. Me, him, and the guy I bought them from got suspended for 10 days.

I showed my mom the write up slip and she started to cry because she didn't think this is what I deserved. The last time I ever got into a fight was like in the 3rd grade.

What should of happened
I walk away with brass knuckles, and nobody gets any punishment.

What happened
All 3 of us got suspended and I never got them back.

well at least you did the right thing

well at least you did the right thing
The right thing now is to punch that bitch in the face with another pair of brass knuckles

So you never did anything wrong, I see that.
Though you were possessing a weapon.

However, they lied to you. They said you wouldn't get in any trouble, and then stab you in the back. I would side with you on this situation.

This is pretty much what I am saying

I agree that I did possess a weapon (which is a school rule)

But they totally lied to me

councillors my ass, more like gestapos

Hit the loving deck, that kid balled his hands into fists.

Are they even legal wherever you live?

Instead of telling the counselor you should have got a knife, from the brass knuckle seller perhaps, and then took the knuckles back by force.

Why did you think telling the counselor you bought a weapon on school property was a good idea?

I never said the seller stole them back.

Oh god they're illegal in the UK.

The police would have been involved at my school.
