Can't connect to Steam.

I just exited out of Steam, and when I tried to restart it, it refuses to connect me.

Anybody else having this problem?

Working just fine.  Got two downloads at a little over 1.2 mbps over my WiFi connection.

Ninja:  Was acting a bit stranger earlier while trying to reinstall CS:Source after finishing installation of win 7 pro.
