It's a cool 62 degrees outside so I just went skating for like the first time in over a month. But my board still rolls slow and it's hard to keep it moving, what do?

Another thing, I have my right foot at the back and my left on the front. I push off with my right foot and keep my left foot on the front of the board. Am I doing this right? It feels ok but I stumble a lot.

Just tightened my back trucks as far as I could get, and loosened my front trucks. Holy crap my ollies are 30% higher because of that.
