Scroll down to the image, right click and save link as. Clicking the link will send you to a 404 page. I've dealt with fc2 before, it's some crazy annoying ass non-English site mainly dealing with faking broken images to keep you looking.

Hmm, welcome. fc2 is such an annoying site. It gives false 404 pages, then it works to make fools out of people.
