These all just showed up in my script.

If that's what you happened to have done, then do this in the console to re-execute it:
discoverFile("add-ons/zipname.zip");
exec("add-ons/zipname/csfile.cs");

Either:
-Stop scripting in zip folders
-restart the game
or
-follow Ipquarx's post
