I've killed the twins on my first try, I just didn't solo them.

Destroyer is easy, Twins is hard, but Skeletron Prime is just an starfish with his one hit kill spinning attack that totally ignores how much HP you have left.

I voted Skeletron Prime although I haven't attempt to beat him, I've watched plenty of others try to.
I lost to the Wall of Flesh almost 20 times before finally managing to kill it with around 60 pieces of dynamite.
