explorer.exe is windows explorer.
I don't use IE in the first place

Dumbass.

The problem isn't IE itself.
The problem isn't IE at all, lol

Google.
Chrome.

you're handicapped

did you corrupt the files somehow?

did you corrupt the files somehow?
As far as I know I haven't. I can run it through command prompt and so far its working just fine

open cmd
type msconfig
go to startup
tell me if you see explorer there

Not there, I checked twice

i think this is actually a windows corruption problem

try this
Quote
open registry (menu Start -> run (or run Comand prompt): regedit).

open: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ Current Version \ Winlogon

At right pane there is "Shell". The value of it must be "explorer.exe" (and nothing more - in my case there was activedebugger.exe too, when I removed it explorer start appear on startup).

Wait nevermind, sorry. Thank you I've got it working again

this should appear

find shell

It had a directory after it ending in lsass.exe or something close. I got it now. Thank you a lot
