Author Topic: Blockland and Logitech Rumble Controller  (Read 469 times)

So I bought this controller at Fry's Electronics (inb4futurama) and it seems to work, except on Blockland.  I think the reason is because I have to run the game through the launcher instead of running it directly (because that's efficiency at work right there) so the Logitech Profiler won't run because after BlocklandLauncher.exe ended the program stopped letting me control it through the mouse.

tl;dr logitech profiler thinks blockland closed because BlocklandLauncher.exe closed.

kinda weird because steam doesn't do that

I use xpadder, it works perfectly.

No idea how to if you want to use the built in thing or whatever.

On xPadder you can't change how fast the joystick will move the mouse, instead you have to change the sensitivity on the game and then change it back when you're done.  So I just use joy2key.

Why do you want to use a controller on Blockland anyway?

Like I said before, one of the very few advantages of a controller is having 360 degree movement. However, default Blockland is not coded to accept that. Stick or no stick, you're moving in only 8 directions whether you like it or not (unless you can script)
